SALES POLICY - PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING ON RABBITS!!
1) We do not typically hold rabbits, a rabbit is still for sale until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received. I prefer cash or money orders for deposits. Once a deposit is received I will note the rabbit on the website as "deposit received" - anyone may inquire on the rabbit at that point but will be placed on a waiting list.
2) I try to be fair in the pricing of my animals - those prices can change depending on the age of the animal, the show record, if the rabbit is proven, the quality of the offspring and even the color. I usually give a small discount on the purchases of multiple rabbits.
3) We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any point to anyone at any time. If I choose to back out of a transaction I will refund your deposit.
4) It is your responsibility as the buyer to arrange transportation for the rabbit you want to purchase. I am happy to deliver to local shows if I plan on attending and may be willing to drive up to an hour to meet you.
5) We will be honest about all rabbits being sold in regards to DQ's, age, show results, etc. We cannot guarantee that an animal will show well or produce once it leaves our property. We will not be held responsible for any sickness, injuries or DQ's a rabbit has after leaving our property - it is your responsibility as the potential buyer to check the animal over before taking ownership.
6) All animals on our premisis are healthy and free of sickness and colds. If a rabbit develops something after leaving our property we are not to be held responsible. Please be sure that you check over any animal thoroughly before taking possession and question anything you feel necessary.
7) Most of our rabbits for sale are show quality as that is our main breeding goal. At times we do have pets available for sale but we do not hold pet rabbits for a long period of time. The colors of pet rabbits will be limited. Pet rabbits will NOT be sold with a pedigree.
